WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO REMOVE THE CRYSTALS?
After you’ve developed a full melt pool and the crystals are free enough to be removed we recommend removing them before they make their way to the bottom. Extinguish the flame, allow wax to cool, and use items such as tweezers to remove crystals one by one. Warm water removes wax from surfaces and most crystals. Use caution when cleansing as some crystals are water soluble. Don’t fully submerge crystals in water. You can also leave the crystals in the candle as well, please be advised it is much more difficult to reach in the jar once the wax melts down.
WHAT ARE THE CANDLES MADE OF?
Serenity by Kay uses all natural soy wax, braided cotton wicks, scented oils, dried herbs, and crystals. That’s it and thats all. No other additives or dyes.

IS THERE A CERTAIN WAY TO BURN THIS TYPE OF CANDLE?
Well we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4” before each lighting. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar and around crystals before extinguishing. This will allow the candle to burn evenly and prevent “tunneling.” Never leave a candle unattended or in reach of children, pets or a draft. Allow jar to cool completely before handling.
