Things You Need to Know
At Serenity by Kay, the main goal is to give you, the customer, the most enjoyable and easy shopping experience. That’s why store polices should be fair, clear and understandable to everyone.
SHIPPING POLICY
The Run Down
All orders are hand poured and made to order. Crystals are cleansed and candle(s) will be shipped with love. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Unless there is a promotion going on, in which you will receive a code to input during checkout.
Orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days from purchase.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and after 5pm EST on Fridays will be processed that following Monday. All orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Customers will receive a notification when an order is shipped.
We now offer FREE shipping for every order! Who doesn’t love free stuff? Free shipping will be calculated at checkout and should reflect before you confirm. If you think free shipping is awesome, wait until you receive your package! :)
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Nitty Gritty
I know it’s a hard thing to wrap your head around. Returns? Who would want to do that? But things do happen, and being human, we understand! If any of our products don’t meet your expectations, shoot an email to support@serenitybykay.com subject “RETURN”.
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
If by some chance the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship out replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage.
Photos must be submitted to support@serenitybykay.com within 5 days of delivery.
Don’t like the scent? Didn’t light it yet?
You can exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
PRIVACY POLICY
Trust Us with Your Information
As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. You imply that you consent to our collecting of your information for that specific reason only. During the checkout process, your payment method is verified to complete the transaction, but Serenity by Kay will never store your payment information.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant Serenity by Kay to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
If you change your mind, which you wont, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you by emailing support@serenitybykay.com subject “OPT OUT”.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow top tier practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Change and clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
